Vampires Diaries by L.J. Smith

L.J. Smith has started to write this series years ago.  The critics are saying that Trueblood and Twilight Saga have some ideas from Vampires Diaries.

First volume it`s “The Awakening”, this book is talking about the return of Elena in Fell`s Church and the appearance of Stefan Salvatore, a young and beautiful vampire with different believes then others vampires, he eats just animals and never kills people
.

Elena is the queen of her high school, she`s the most beautiful girl in Fell`s Church, what she doesn`t know it`s that there is someone who will keep her away for her safety.

First day of high school starts with the meeting of the two future lovers, Elena and Stefan, but even if Elena is watching every move of Stefan he doesn’t look at her.

But Elena is not giving up, she burrows all kind of plans to have Stefan just for her, but she has an enemy, Caroline. Stefan is hanging out with her just to keep Elena away. 

However, after many obstacles they end up together.

It is an interesting book, even if it`s not a fantastic nonrealistic one, it is a great love story, the love between a mortal girl and an impressive vampire.

So fans of vampires books, don’t hesitate, read the first book of Vampires Diaries-The Awakening by L.J. Smith.
